Eight services: (1) websites: fast, secure and AI SEO friendly, built to score 90 to 100 in Google Lighthouse; (2) AI automation: generative, RAG and agentic AI plus automation and integration; (3) CRM and Pipedrive: discovery, design, test and deploy, and support, plus integration, automation and AI; (4) virtual digital marketing manager: marketing, digital funnel, web analytics, content and social, digital brochures and strategy; (5) virtual technology manager: systems, security, CRM, data and KPIs; (6) inbound call handling by a UK team, handled in line with your instructions and emailed to you: weekdays 9am-5pm, seven days 9am-5pm, or 24/7; (7) PA and executive support; (8) digital voice: voice AI agents that answer and make calls, book appointments, hand over to a person and analyse every call; built on Twilio, Asterisk and 3CX.

- Websites (new build): fast, secure website built with Astro on Cloudflare, live in 7 to 10 working days. From £1,250 + VAT.
- Replatforming to Astro on Cloudflare from WordPress, Drupal (including Drupal 7, end of life 5 January 2025) or Joomla (Joomla 3 and 4 are past end of life): content moved, page addresses kept and rankings protected with 301 redirects. From £1,250 + VAT.
- Growth Engine: AI, automation and integration, and data and reporting joined up across the whole business process (win work, quote, deliver, invoice, support, report). Single improvements from £450 + VAT; ongoing support from £150 + VAT a month.
- Website care: Cloudflare hosting, security, backups, changes and monthly report. From £150 + VAT a month.
- Call answering by a UK-based team: weekdays 9am-5pm from £50 + VAT a month; 7 days 9am-5pm from £75 + VAT a month; 24/7 from £100 + VAT a month.
- AI automation and integration: automations from £450 + VAT; ongoing support from £150 + VAT a month.
- Virtual digital marketing manager: from £550 + VAT a month.
- AI services for small businesses: be recommended by AI assistants (readiness report £500, refunded if a project goes ahead), AI office assistant, AI quotes and follow-ups, AI review requests, AI admin helper, getting-started session.
- Other work: fixed quote agreed in advance.
