Common questions
What is the smallest project you take on?
Projects start from £1,200 + VAT. The exact price depends on how many pages you need and the state of your current site, and is fixed in writing before you commit.
How do I pay?
A 50% deposit when you accept the proposal, by card or bank transfer. The balance is due only when your site is finished and live. Monthly plans can be paid by Direct Debit.
When does the monthly plan start?
Only when your website is complete. You never pay for support on a site that is not live.
Do I have to take a monthly plan?
No. If you would rather look after it yourself, we hand over the website and its hosting account when it is complete.
How long is a Care contract?
Twelve months, paid monthly, renewing automatically. You can upgrade between support-only and the full manager plan at any time.
What if I need something not in my plan?
We agree it with you first and charge £70 an hour. No work is billed without your say-so.
