Growth Engine: automation and integration

Automation and integration: tools that talk, admin that does itself

We join up the tools you already use so information is typed once, and set up the routine steps, such as invoices, reminders and follow-ups, to happen on their own.

Automation and integration

The plumbing that makes AI useful

AI is most valuable when it is connected to the tools you already use and the work flows between them automatically.

Automation

Rules that do repeat tasks for you: when this happens, do that. No AI needed, just reliable steps that never forget.

Example: When a job is marked finished, the invoice and a Google review request go out automatically.

Integration

Joining up the systems you already use so information is typed once and flows everywhere it is needed.

Example: A website enquiry creates the customer in Xero, a job in your calendar and a note in your jobs list.

Integration connects your tools. Automation moves the work between them. Generative AI does the writing. RAG keeps every answer true to your business. Agentic AI handles the multi-step jobs. Voice AI answers and analyses your calls. You stay in charge of prices, quotes, invoices and anything a customer sees.

Questions

Automation and integration: common questions

What is the difference between automation and integration?

Integration joins your systems so information is typed once and flows everywhere. Automation then moves the work between them using simple rules, such as sending the invoice when a job is marked finished.

Which tools can you connect?

Common ones include your website forms, email, Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, calendars, Pipedrive and other CRMs, Xero and Stripe payments. We use n8n to connect them, so you are not locked into one supplier.

What happens if an automation breaks?

Under a support plan we monitor your automations, fix anything that fails and tell you what happened. Without a plan, fixes are quoted before we start.

How much does automation cost?

Automations start from £450 + VAT each, fixed in writing. Ongoing support starts from £150 + VAT a month.
