Growth Engine: data and reporting

Data and reporting: the numbers that matter, in one place

We bring the numbers from your website, phone, CRM and Xero into one simple dashboard and a monthly plain-English report, so you can see where enquiries come from, how many you win and what is owed.

Most small businesses have the information already, spread across Google, their inbox, the CRM and the accounts. Nobody has time to pull it together, so decisions get made on gut feel.

What you see

Six measures every small business should track

Enquiries by type and source

How many enquiries came in, what they were for and whether they came from Google, your website, the phone, social media or a referral.

Conversion

How many enquiries became quotes, and how many quotes became paid work, so you can see where jobs are being lost.

Cash and money owed

What has been invoiced, what has been paid and who owes what, taken straight from Xero.

Jobs and workload

Work booked in, work completed and how busy the coming weeks look.

Website and search

Visits, enquiry form use, Google search performance and how often AI assistants mention you.

Competitors

How your top three competitors compare on website speed, reviews and search visibility, updated monthly.

Questions

Data and reporting: common questions

What is a KPI dashboard?

A KPI (key performance indicator) dashboard is one page showing the handful of numbers that tell you how the business is doing, such as enquiries, conversion and cash, updated automatically.

Where does the data come from?

From tools you already use: Google Analytics and Search Console for your website, your enquiry forms and phone records, your CRM and Xero. We connect read-only wherever possible.

Is my data safe?

Your data stays in your own accounts. We only take the figures needed for the dashboard, and access is limited to the people you choose.

How much does reporting cost?

Setting up a dashboard starts from £450 + VAT, and the monthly report and review from £150 + VAT a month, agreed in writing.

Who is it for?

SMEs and trade businesses first, and any organisation that wants decisions based on its own numbers rather than gut feel.
